With this deal the VSB Group makes an important step on the Polish wind market and for the expansion of the group of companies. The sites of the wind energy projects are located in the Wielkopolska Voivodeship and show different development phases. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price or details of the planning.

"Poland has enormous potential for the expansion of wind and solar. We believe that now is the right time to invest into this high growth market. Together with Partners Group, we are accelerating our activities in the region," VSB Holding GmbH Managing Director Marko Lieske is pleased about the transaction.
