Managing Director Change: Jan Ducouret Succeeds Robert Conrad At P&T Technologie

Rennes, France / Kallinchen, Germany - Robert Conrad, Managing Director of Energiequelle's French subsidiary P&T Technologie since 2012, has given up his post due to age and retired on 01 October. Conrad's successor is Jan Ducouret, who has been on board at P&T since June 1.

Robert Conrad can look back on a successful career: 17 wind farms with 82 turbines have been connected to the grid under his management. In addition, the first P&T solar project was commissioned in Decize this year. In addition to the headquarters in Rennes, two new locations have also been opened in recent years with the branches in Dijon and Royan. For the 66-year-old German-Frenchman, leaving his position as Managing Director does not mean the end of his activities. He wants to remain involved in the energy transition and will represent P&T in politics and associations.

"Robert has played a key role in shaping our expansion in France and has shown his professional and personal commitment to renewable energies and our company. I thank him for his exceptional achievements and I am pleased that he will continue to be active for us," said Michael Raschemann, Managing Director of the Energiequelle Group.

Conrad's successor, Jan Ducouret, brings more than 15 years of experience in the wind and solar industries. Most recently, the 39-year-old was Head of Wind and Solar France at Statkraft. As a proven expert in the field of renewable energies, he is looking forward to the new challenge: "I am highly motivated to continue Robert's successful journey with my team and look forward to working with my French and German colleagues," says Ducouret.

France is an established market for Energy Source. To date, P&T has installed 240 MW in the wind & solar sectors. In total, P&T now employs more than 30 people. In the coming months, the French subsidiary will celebrate its 20th anniversary.
