Successor For Markus Lesser: Heiko Wuttke Becomes New CEO of PNE AG

Cuxhaven, Germany - The new CEO of PNE AG has been appointed. The Supervisory Board has selected Heiko Wuttke for this position. He will take office as a member and Chairman of the Board of Management on January 13, 2025. The contract runs until January 31, 2028, PNE announced.

Heiko Wuttke, a graduate engineer, succeeds Markus Lesser, who left PNE AG at the end of July 2024 for personal reasons. Per Hornung Pedersen has moved from the Supervisory Board to the Board of Management as CEO on an interim basis. From January 13, 2025 until March 31, 2025, he will remain a member of the Board of Management without a specific area of responsibility.

“We are delighted that we have been able to recruit Heiko Wuttke as the new CEO. He has been in the renewable energy sector for almost 30 years and knows the business from many different angles. We are convinced that, together with his colleagues on the Board of Management, he will continue to develop the PNE Group very successfully,” says Marc van't Noordende, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PNE AG.

Heiko Wuttke has decades of industry knowledge and has been CEO of 8.2 Consulting AG, which offers consulting services in the field of renewable energies, since 2022. Wuttke previously worked for various companies, including as a member of the Management Board of PROKON Regenerative Energien eG, Director of Onshore and Offshore Development Germany at Vattenfall Europe Windkraft GmbH and responsible for global onshore sales at REpower Systems AG.
