Long-Term Full Maintenance: Deutsche Windtechnik Takes Over Service For Enercon Turbines In Benelux
Utrecht, Netherlands / Bremen, Germany - Deutsche Windtechnik and the Dutch energy group Eneco have signed a full maintenance contract for the Belgian wind farms Warisoulx and Pont a Celles.
The agreement marks the first Enercon service contract for Deutsche Windtechnik in the Benelux and expands the company's existing portfolio of Vestas and Senvion service contracts in the region.
The new long-term contract is expected to enable both parties to establish a solid financial schedules and to develop sustainable local infrastructures in the region. Deutsche Windtechnik has its own trained Enercon technicians and is currently expanding its teams to include more specialised staff, cooperating with Deutsche Windtechnik's Enercon technology department and the in-house Training Center.

Geert Timmers.
For the future, Timmers sees great potential for further multi-brand contracts for Deutsche Windtechnik in this region. Service teams specialised in Enercon technology form the basis for a comprehensive service network that ensures maintenance for future customers, Timmers adds.
There is a long-standing partnership between Eneco and Deutsche Windtechnik, that covers several onshore and offshore wind farms with services specifically tailored to Eneco. These include, for example, full maintenance contracts including availability guarantee for onshore wind farms such as St. Antoinedijk and Sombreffe or the replacement of major components at offshore sites such as the Prinses Amalia wind farm.
