Energiequelle is Recognised as a Leading Employer For The Third Time in a Row in 2024

Kallinchen, Germany - Energiequelle GmbH has once again been recognised as a Leading Employer for 2024, for the third time in a row.

This puts the company, which is internationally active as a project developer and operator of wind energy, biomass and photovoltaic plants as well as substations and storage facilities, in the top 1 per cent of over 200,000 employers surveyed in Germany.

The underlying data is compiled and analysed from over 250 international sources. A wide range of criteria such as employee satisfaction, working conditions, understanding of values, job security and the company's environmental awareness are taken into account. The Leading Employers meta-study is conducted by the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation GmbH from Hamburg.

"We currently employ more than 500 people in Germany and at our international locations, and the trend is rising.
