Personnel: Ingo Völkerink Joins Full-Service Provider Wind Now as Managing Director

Berlin, Germany - The independent full-service wind energy company Wind Now GmbH from Berlin has added Ingo Völkerink to its management team at the beginning of 2023.

Völkerink was previously Regional Service Manager for Eastern Germany and Austria at GE and has been active in the wind industry for more than 22 years. He is joining Thomas Kühling on the management team at Wind Now and will be involved in furthering the expansion of the company, for example in Scandinavia.

Völkerink succeeds the previous managing director and founder of Wind Now GmbH, Manuel Lasse, who is leaving the company to focus on the further expansion of the Green Wind Group.

"Based on my past professional and personal experience, I have always found it very fulfilling to be able to be actively involved in shaping things. As part of my last job at a global player, I gained in-depth knowledge in the structured establishment of new companies and financial aspects. At the same time, I also learned how things should not be done. We can now use the entire spectrum to set the right course," says Völkerink, looking ahead to his new job.
