Curbing Nighttime Blinking: Lanthan Safe Sky Bundles Wind Turbine ADLS Business Under New Brand NOLITE
Walldorf - Lanthan Safe Sky, a provider of demand-controlled aircraft warning lighting systems (ADLS) for wind turbines, is relaunching its business under the new brand name NOLITE.
New Product Structure: ADLS, Offshore and OEM
Under the new structure, NOLITE ADLS covers demand-controlled night marking as a full-service offering, spanning planning, system architecture, certification, installation, monitoring and ongoing operations. NOLITE Offshore is designed for wind energy projects with particularly high requirements for control, safety and autonomous operation. According to the company, new OEM products will for the first time allow its ADLS technology to be integrated into third-party products and services.
Alongside the brand relaunch, the company is also advancing full integration of its ADLS technology down to chip level. According to the company, this will make NOLITE the first ADLS provider to fully own its technology and develop it independently of third-party suppliers.
Strategic Background and New Management
The new brand builds on the track record of Lanthan Safe Sky, which describes itself as the European market leader in demand-controlled night marking and the first certified manufacturer of transponder-based ADLS systems. The relaunch coincides with a change in management: NOLITE will now be led by Marc Förderer (CEO), Joachim Fetzer (CFO), Tobias Fetzer (CTO), Christian Hammer (COO) and Johannes Garrecht. Company founder Henning von Barsewisch is stepping down from operational responsibility and will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity.
