Qualitas Energy Acquires Large Wind Energy Project Pipeline

Berlin, Germany - Qualitas Energy has announced the successful acquisition of a German wind energy project pipeline. According to the company, the transaction comprises a development portfolio consisting of four wind power projects: one in the Cologne region in North Rhine-Westphalia, two in the Heidekreis and another in the Uelzen region in Lower Saxony. The projects are planned with a total capacity of 96 MW and will supply more than 64,000 households with electricity in the future.

The acquisition underlines our commitment to make a significant contribution to the energy transition in Germany and is in line with the company's sustainable growth strategy," says Johannes Overbeck, Head of Investments at Qualitas Energy Deutschland GmbH.

Qualitas Energy plans to expand its German portfolio to over 6 GW in the wind energy sector and to accelerate development projects.
